We are very satisfied with their service. Erick is very easy to deal with. He constantly update us regarding his arrival time. We had a floor leak to which he is supposed to detect the slab leak. At the moment he arrived at our place, my husband already found the leak so we don't need his services. We are willing to pay Erick a dispatch fee but he said don't worry about it. Having moved to the OC recently, we were in need of an HVAC electrician. We found Dial One Sonshine online and called to set up an appointment.
